I have given my whole afternoon to Taipei 101.

Before i start on Taipei 101, I’m going to have my brunch first. Super hungry.

Egg Benedict

Brunch of the day… Egg Benedict and my favourite tea, Princess Darjeeling at TWG.

Two perfectly, beautifully poached eggs covered with Hollandaise sauce, sitting on top of the thick slices of Turkey ham.

A protein-dish to start the day.

Oh my god, look at the queue! I need to wait for at least an hour just to get a table for one. Crazy.

But not to worry, i already went and took a queue number before heading up to the Observatory Decks. Hehe.

One must not forget to patronize this famous restaurant that serves that best broth-filled dumplings here in Taiwan.

That is ‘Ding Tai Fung’ – the master of Xiao Long Bao.

Actually, i am still quite full from my brunch. But who cares? Just order!

Oriental Wantons with Black Vinegar & Chilli Oil

A lot of food for one right? I think so too. I could not finish all of it.

All the food were superb, fresh and top-notched.

The level of service is second to none. I’m greatly impressed by the friendliness and attentiveness of the staffs.
