Not an authentic wanton noodles but is one of my childhood all time favourite noodles. You can choose from three different sauce base:

1. Ketchup without chilli
2. Chilli 
3. Black sauce with chilli

I always go for the last.

This dainty portion is just right for me. But for guys, i am sure you will have to opt for a larger portion. 

The savoury taste of the sauce, with lots of chilli added and mixed, made the springy and firm noodles extremely flavourful and appetizing.

The broth, though watery looking, is surprisingly pleasing to the sense of taste.

The meat in the wanton is well marinated. The fried wanton is so yummy when dip in mayonnaise.

The char siew however, can be improved as it is too thinly sliced. 

Overall, this is good enough for a quick lunch to reminiscence of my childhood.
