While i was waiting for my manicure appointment, i walked passed this roasted duck restaurant which reminded me of my favourite roasted goose in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. There goes the Hokkien saying “no fish, prawn also good”, i decided to give it a try.
This is a traditional, authentic Hong Kong style restaurant helmed by Chef Lau Wai Keong.
Their famous dish is of course, none other than the Signature Peking Duck.
They also served a variety of other delights and delicacies such as Crispy Roasted Pork, Soy Sauce Chicken, Pork Porridge, Shrimp Dumpling Noodles and an assortment of Cantonese Dim Sum.
I was here slightly earlier before the dinner crowd arrived. The staffs were friendly and attentive. I told them to give me some time to browse through the menu as i would like to survey the variety of dishes.
These are what i have ordered.

Rice with Twin Combo + Soya Milk
Peking Duck, definitely top-notched. With crispy golden skin, the meat was so surprisingly succulent and robust.
Roasted pork, was sublimely delicious. The meat is smooth and tender, with amazingly crunchy crispy skin.
The fragrance of the sauce flavour up the plain white rice making it so delectable and yummy.

Deep-Fried Intestine
A palatable dish, nicely fried, served with sweet chilli sauce as dipping condiment. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Overall Experience
I can only say one word… “SUPERB”.
The Duck is unbelievably fantastic.
To all the duck aficionados…. This is a ‘must’ try!
