From the predecessor of Fei Song Group, well known for their delicious fishball.

This is a well-loved local dish and has always been my favourite food since young. “Mee Pok Dry” with extra chilli and no vinegar. 

The taste and smell of fishball noodles vary from stall to stall. Each with their own uniqueness.

Even though there is queue, i did not wait long to place my order. I ordered the Signature Fishball Noodles.

The fishball, meatball and fishcake are all handmade from pure yellow-tailed fish. I love the fishball to max as it is so light and bouncy. The moment i bite on it…..aw…..chewiness felt!!

This dry fishball noodles is served with mixed sauce made from lard and oil, soy sauce, tomato sauce, and chilli sauce.

This may not be the best Fishball noodles but the fishball alone is indeed the best fishball i have eaten so far.

In my opinion, i think the sauce need to be improved as it is quite blend.
