This is definitely not as simple as you think.

This is the most heavenly Durian Cake i have eaten so far.

The softest cake ever.

The sponge was marvellously fluffy and moist, filled generously with luscious, pulpy Mao Shang Wang Durian filling. The filling gush out the moment you put your fork into it. The taste of the durian filling is robust, yet not overpowering.

Everything about this deliciously wicked piece was so right.

Definitely a cake that will not disappoint!
