A local, halal certified food chain with several outlets across the island. A perfect place for casual dining.

I was here for dinner with a friend at Orchard Central on a Friday night. As we reached kind of late, the dinner crowd was almost gone. This was my first time dining here. So, i had no idea what are they serving. 

While i was browsing through the menu, this dish caught my attention.

Salted Egg Pasta with Prawns $13.80

An absolutely sinful fusion dish…. 

I love anything with salted egg.

The pasta, cooked al dente, with generous serving of fresh prawns was covered fully with fragrance salted egg gravy. The gravy was thick and robust in flavour with fresh cut chilli added, giving your taste buds a delicious sensation unlike any other. 

Root Beer Battered Fish & Chips $13.80

The size of the extremely fresh and delicate dory fish amazed me. The batter was super crispy and light. Root beer can be tasted when i bite into the crust which kind of surprised me. French fries were simply good, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside.

A value for money dinner, with good and friendly service.
